Namaste and thanks for taking time out to read this. Hope you're all feeling full of the joys of Spring even though it's a bit cold and damp in the UK today. I'm getting back into yoga after a long break & I had my third Monday morning 8am class today, feeling all relaxed and calm now, it's a prefect start to the week, I'd highly recommend it.
If you follow me on Instagram you may have already seen the second set of Reading-in-Bed Sleeves hot off the needles. They're brilliant, I love them, they're easy to make and very versatile. I discovered they can be worn as sleeves, a scarf or even a hat and scarf if you want. How cool is that? I made this second set from 2 x 200g balls of James Brett Marble Chunky and the colour changes are very nice. Warning! Wearing these does not give you an orange face, that's just me enhancing the colour an insy bit too much. Pattern is available on Ravelry. Remember to send me photos of yours so I can share them on here.

So, what else is new? Vistaprint has come up trumps and my order has arrived, yipee! Lovely flyers to get the word out about knit school at The Red Brick Building . I've put them up in various venues in Glastonbury town and will head out to some villages tomorrow to do the same. There's four weeks until D-Day so plenty of time to publise it. If you're local, please spread the word, if you know anyone who may be interested.
Our decorating efforts have paid off and our spare bedroom is almost finished, just a bit of skirting board to put in around the fire place and then we're done. We mixed some left over paint and created a lovely duck egg / jadey green colour for the book case which is scrummy and I couldn't resist getting some crochet on there. The room doesn't look like that at the moment as it's full of damp washing waiting for me to sort out, harrumph.
Oh well it's time to go and make something, the tandoori salmon is marinading in the fridge for later (yum.....roll on supper time), the damp washing can wait, I've got woolly stuff to attend to!
Until next time, Om Shanti x
